Konrad Szwedziński – President of Management Board

Graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences, Specialisation in International Political and Economic Relations. Studied also at Independent University of Business and Administration in Warsaw.

In 1997-2007, he worked for the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Warsaw, Munich, Vienna, Berlin). Completed numerous courses in diplomacy and operation of the EU (Brussels, Berlin, Bonn, Dublin).

In 2007, he was a contributor to the first magazine on investment and pension funds in Poland called ”FUNDUSZE” [FUNDS], acting as the Editor-in-Chief.

Since 2007, President of the Management Board of Spartan Sp. z o.o. and since 2011, Member of the Management Board of Clean Energy Venture S.A.

Member of the Supervisory Board at Setanta Finance Group S.A., City Inspire S.A. and MoDe Sp. z o.o.

Interested in capital markets and an active investor. Speaks English, German and Russian.

Piotr Boliński – Member of Management Board

Graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Specialisation in Automation. He has many years of experience in management and sales.

Co-founder and co-owner of several enterprises in the following sectors: IT, media, real property, finance. His corporate experiences include positions with Siemens Nixdorf, Polsys, PPWP, Via Polska and others.

Currently, among his other appointments, he is a Member of the Management Board at Setanta S.A., Spartan Capital S.A., Spartan sp. z o.o., B Investment sp. z o.o., Clean Energy Venture S.A.

Member of the Supervisory Board at City Inspire S.A., Morizon S.A., Excelead S.A., Neuro Innovations sp.z o.o.
